How our Fees Work

Initial Payment: A consultation and research fee which ranges from $100 to $250 depending on the particulars of your trip. This fee does not apply to a single, simple hotel/resort reservation.

Travel Consultant Charges: We charge 10% of the total cost of the client trip (excluding airline tickets). In most cases, a large portion of our fee is covered by commissions from hotels and vacation packages. 

Airline Bookings: We charge $25 per ticket. The exception is vacation packages where the cost of airline tickets is included. Clients may book their own tickets if they prefer.

Cancellation Fee: Once a booking has been made, if you cancel, there is a $100 cancellation fee. Airlines, hotels, and other travel entities may charge additional cancellation fees (which may be covered by trip cancellation insurance).

Fees for Extraordinary Services: Where services are required that go above and beyond even our routinely exceptional efforts, we reserve the right to request additional fees which will be discussed with you in advance.
